Mr. Jephcott has been an integral part of the Tonsa Group from the very beginning, in 2011 putting Gdansk firmly on the FDI map, bringing large corporations into the region to set up operations and employ thousands of people at Olivia Centre. Being at the forefront of the creation of the Olivia ‘image’ he was directly responsible for the strategy of the pioneering ‘people focus’ that set the project apart from its peers, gaining the dominant market share.

Across the Tonsa group he now heads up business development across all actions with a focus on the investment and construction arms of the operations in Poland, Germany, Scandinavia and the UK and serves as a supervisory board member of Pekabex.

is an experienced manager specializing in finance, controlling and asset management. For over 10 years, he has been associated with the commercial real estate sector, where he effectively combines strategic planning with investment portfolio optimization.

He began his career in the banking sector, gaining experience in financial analysis and optimization of operating costs. He then joined the Olivia Business Centre team, where he was responsible for managing the commercial real estate portfolio. During this time, he effectively implemented strategies to increase the value of assets and participated in negotiations of lease agreements with key tenants.

He currently serves as a member of the management board responsible for comprehensive financial management, management reporting and implementation of modern analytical tools supporting business decision-making. His competences include budgeting, financial modelling, cost optimization and supervision of operational compliance with regulations.

Tomasz is a graduate of the Gdańsk University of Technology in the field of Financial Mathematics and the University of Gdańsk in the field of Insurance Statistics. Tomasz also completed the Program for Management Development at IESE Business School University of Navarra.
